First Aid Kit have kicked off their UK tour at the O2 Academy in Glasgow. The show included songs from their new album ‘Palomino’ as well as some old favourites including ‘Ghost Town’. Klara and Johanna wore some new specially designed costumes which they changed part way through the show.

First Aid Kit have released a video of a special acoustic performance of ‘Ready to Run’ from their new album ‘Palomino’. The video, shot by Mats Udd, was recorded live at Studio Rymden in Stockholm.

First Aid Kit have scored a huge new UK Official Albums Chart entry with ‘Palomino’. The new album has gone straight to Number 3 in the overall chart, while it is now Number 1 in both the ‘Sales’ and ‘Physical’ chart. (more…)
