Unfortunately tonight’s First Aid Kit concert in Liverpool cannot take place due to “last minute production issues” which appear to be linked to safety of the venue. It appears the band are keen to play, they just no longer have a venue. It’s not currently clear whether the show has been cancelled or postponed. First Aid Kit played The Corn Exchange in Cambridge last night. Their set included a heartfelt rendition of the Fleetwood Mac song ‘Songbird’ in tribute to singer/songwriter Christine McVie, who died recently. The UK tour continues tonight at the O2 Academy in Birmingham. (more…)

First Aid Kit appeared on the Graham Norton Show on BBC1 last night. They played ‘Out of My Head’ and chatted to Graham about the horses on the cover of their album Palomino and Klara’s dog Pablo.
