Last night at the Van Buren in Phoenix First Aid Kit performed a surprise medley of ‘King of the World’ and Willie Nelson’s ‘On the Road Again’. They jokingly put this on their setlist as “King of the Road Again”! They also sang an acoustic version of ‘Out of My Head’ during the VIP show.
